Not only will we assist you with the event itself, but we’ll also find appropriate accommodations for all your guests in addition to coordinating outside vendors when needed.

For business events, Hotel Allandale has flexible conference/meetings spaces that range from 300 square feet up to 1052 square feet to accommodate small parties of five up to 85 attendees. All meeting rooms can be configured in a number of seating arrangements to best suit your event needs.

In addition to high-speed wireless internet access, guests can also take advantage of a digital projector, overhead projector, power strips, whiteboards/markers, easels, conference tables and linens. Additional technology and equipment needs can be coordinated with our staff during the planning process. Guests can also take advantage of the big, bright stars in the Texas night with an outdoor mixer or small reception in our courtyard or pool deck on the hotel property.

Guests can choose from continental breakfast service; beverage service including coffee, tea and soda; fresh fruit and cheese trays; as well as pastries and fresh baked cookies. In addition to these standard catering services, our event staff will be happy to assist with coordinating a more extensive, personalized catering menu for special functions.

Norris Conference Center

Celebrating its 20th year the Norris Conference Center is just steps from our front door. This premium Austin meeting space facility features more than 22,000 square feet of event space, housing eight separate meetings rooms. Red Oak Ballroom, a beautiful 4,300 square foot space, is ideal for receptions, dinners, expos, keynote speeches, and more. This great Austin meeting space features premium services such as catering, audio/visual equipment, on-site event planning, soundproof meeting spaces and free parking for guests/attendees.

The Commons Center

Hotel Allandale is pleased to offer a free shuttle partnership with The Commons Center, located at the nearby University of Texas J.J. Pickle Research Center. This state-of-the-art facility features an impressive 21,450 square feet of flexible meeting space including eight meetings rooms, two theatre-style auditoriums, a business service center, a recreational sports facility, an on-site restaurant and a 9,450 square foot atrium. The Commons Center is well-known for exceptional on-site catering options including snacks, appetizers, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
